Terms of Service

1. The Service and who we are

Take Five (the "Service") is a social posting and reporting service operated by Rohenn Strategic Technology Consulting ("we", "us") for veterinary marketing agencies and their clinics. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a clinic or an agency, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at rmachado@rohenn.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Connecting Facebook

The Service publishes to a Facebook Page only after a user with the required Page permissions connects it. You confirm that you have the right to connect the Page and to publish the content you schedule to it. You can disconnect the Page at any time in the Service or in your Facebook settings. Your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta's terms and policies, and we are not responsible for Facebook's availability or changes to its platform.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the content, images and brand materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, process and publish them on your behalf to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content published through your account, for having the rights to it, and for complying with applicable law and the policies of the platforms you publish to. You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content.

5. Reporting

Performance figures shown in the Service come from Facebook and are provided as is. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

6. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the Service, attempt to access data of other accounts, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to violate the rights of others.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required by law or by a platform. Deletion of your data on termination follows the retention and deletion terms in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rohenn Strategic Technology Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
